Hi, my name is Karen.
My beautiful daughter Kelsey lost her 10-year battle with addiction on September 11, 2019. To cope with this tragedy, I began writing a blog to process my grief.
As I wrote, I began a journey of self-discovery and healing. By exploring crystals, reiki healing, journal making and reading about the afterlife, I am continuing to grow spiritually. And now I’d like to share the things I’ve learned with you.
Although this is my story, I believe there is hope and inspiration for all of us to grow, learn and heal together. Thanks for joining me on my journey.
